Shipping + Handling
emerald and plume is based in Toronto, canada and all items ship from here. we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

pick up
curb side pick up is also available. please send us an email at emeraldandplume@gmail.com  after ordering and we will be happy to make arrangements.

Domestic
we offer shipping on all orders. Items are shipped via canada post and estimated delivery times for this service are within 3 to 5 working days. Please allow more time during the christmas holidays. If you need your order urgently please contact us before purchase to confirm. we will do our best to meet your requirements. For any delivery enquiries please contact us at EMERALDANDPLUME@GMAIL.COM.

International
We are happy to ship orders internationally. If your location is not available at checkout please contact us for a postage estimate. International orders are sent via canada post International Standard.  Please note our dispatch time is not included in the delivery time. If you need your order urgently please contact us before making a purchase to confirm that we can meet your requirements. For any dispatch or delivery enquiries please contact us at EMERALDANDPLUME@GMAIL.COM. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges that may be owed.

Returns
We accept returns for merchandise exchange or refund on full priced items returned within 14 days of your order delivery. All returned items must be in the same brand new condition to be accepted for refund/exchange. All shipping charges must be paid for by the purchaser including the return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of returned item. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
 ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED DAMAGED THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS IN VALUE, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT REFUNDED. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS. WE RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

All MADE TO ORDER items are final sale
Any item made to order including custom pillows or home goods, fabric yardage and artwork on the website is final sale.
All SALE items are final sale
  Any item in our “Sale” collection on the website is final sale.

Damaged or Incomplete Goods
If your order should arrive damaged or incomplete please contact us within 7days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. You will need to request a return (see above) then place an order for the new item.
